Pastor David Haugly

Pastor David Haugly has been serving Faith Lutheran Church since 1989 when the congregation increased its pastoral staff from one to two pastors. Partnership in the ministry with the members of Faith and other called workers is a blessing that Pastor Haugly has enjoyed for many years during his ministry. Sharing many of the pastoral duties such as preaching, teaching and counseling with his partners, Pastor Gaertner and Pastor Weigand, Pastor Haugly also serves in the areas of administration, the Board of Elders and the Board of Property Management.
Lovers of the outdoors, Pastor Haugly and his family (wife, Sheri and children Michael, Sarah, Daniel and Rachel) enjoy summer-time recreation and every kind of water activity from fishing to water skiing.

Pastor Joel Gaertner

In early 2001, Pastor Joel Gaertner came to Faith from St. Paul's Lutheran Church in Algoma, WI where he had served for five years. Pastor Gaertner graduated from Wisconsin Lutheran Seminary in 1990 and was assigned to begin a mission congregation (Amazing Grace Lutheran Church) in Florence, Kentucky. He helped that congregation become self-supporting and build their first chapel during his six years there.
As part of the ministry team at Faith, Pastor Gaertner shares in the regular preaching, teaching and counseling. Pastor Gaertner has a great interest and desire in working with the youth of our congregation. To that end, his specific ministry responsibilities at Faith are working with the School Board and Board of Youth Discipleship (Sunday School, Teen Ministry, College Campus Ministry etc.).
Pastor Gaertner and his family (wife, LuAnn and children Elizabeth and Philip) are sports enthusiasts, so they can often be seen at WLA sporting events. Away from the office, Pastor Gaertner enjoys an occasional round of golf and working in the yard.

Pastor Michael Weigand

Pastor Mike Weigand is the newest pastor at Faith arriving this past July. He served previously at Peace Lutheran Church in Holiday Florida. He and his wife Cindy have 2 children. Pastor Weigand's areas of emphasis are adult spiritual growth, worship, and outreach.
The Weigands enjoy a wide variety of activities including wood working, sports, outdoor adventures, music, and everything in between. Most of all they enjoy spending time with people.

 Principal Jon Woldt

Principal Jon Woldt has been serving Faith Lutheran Church and School since August of 2004. Prior to serving here at Faith Jon Woldt has served in various ministry capacities since his years of study at Martin Luther College. Jon has served as an administrator, teacher, athletic director, learning coordinator and coach at the elementary and high school levels in Wisconsin and Georgia. He has served as a staff minister as well. Along with the teaching degree earned through Martin Luther College in New Ulm, MN in 1983, Principal Woldt also has earned a Masters Degree from Cardinal Stritch University of Milwaukee and holds a current teaching license from the State of Wisconsin.
Jon and his wife Donna (nee Herman) have been blessed with five children – Joshua, Karen, David (now in heaven), Emily and Anna. Jon is a lover of sports & gardening and his wife Donna is an avid reader.
